Funny enough this brought back some PTSD from college, where my guidance counselor put me in the wrong class because the new professor misrepresented it to our university. I thought intro to Unix was well, introductory. Turns out you needed CS pre-reqs that I didn’t have and it was only introductory if you had that coding knowledge. So after arguing with him and the counselor he basically took pity on me and coached me to like a C- or something (I honestly don’t remember my grade but it was low). Fun times.
